Job description
The position helps front desk, and revenue of the Loan Officer, will be in direct communication with Clients, Realtors, Builders, and other business partners, help for marketing and some delivery.
Essential Functions Include:
Front desk and office runningAnswer 90% of all incoming calls, return missing callWrite and mail out thank you cardsVideo recording, editing and postingPrint and deliver newsletters to USPS Sunset office to mail outPrepare and deliver/mail gifts for business partnersPrepare and help for marketing events.help for manager's other requirements
Desired Skills and Experience:
1. Customer oriented, enthusiastic, good verbal communication skill
2. Able to use all Microsoft office and other work software, able to learn new software for mortgage
3. Able to use or learn how to use video making and posting app
4. Able to handle multi tasks and able to work in the fast paced working environment
5. Past sales, marketing experience in real estate, insurance, title company is a plus
6. Bilingual (Chinese and English)
7. Driver license and car.
8. Cantonese speaking will be a plus
