Bookkeeper / Staff Accountant
At Full Spectrum Laser, we design, manufacture, and sell powerful and affordable laser cutting
& engraving machines. We are a world-class team that designs all electronics, software and
mechanical hardware in-house to create a full line of machines that are running all over the
world: from schools to National Labs, garage startups and many Fortune 500 companies. Join

Responsibilities:
● Process orders and record payments
● Record daily Bookkeeping entries
● Record all financial transactions in the accounting system and ensure accuracy
● Reconcile and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
● Process and reconcile payroll transactions
● Process and Reconcile shipping invoices
● Prepare and file sale tax returns
● Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
● Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
● Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
● Prepare financial statements and reports for management
● Other miscellaneous tasks as necessary

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
● 3-5 years of experience in accounting or related field
● Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
● Familiarity with accounting software and systems
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Attention to detail and accuracy
● Ability to work independently and in a team environment
● Experience with software such as Google Docs, Gmail,MS Office (especially Excel)
